Twitter Tips for the Experienced

Oh hi. It’s fracas here.

I know you’re an experienced twitterer… heck, I even realize you probably have more followers than me. I know you know about all kinds of Twitter Apps to tweet more efficiently, and you know all about stuff like hashtags, retweeting and making sure you get the most of your twitter experience. In fact, some of those thing I  learned from you when I was a brand new twit. I’ve read the Twitter Tips posts at some of your blogs, and for the most part, been quite happy to just mind my own business and take periodic pleasure in my own naked twits.

Oh my. That sounds like something it’s not, doesn’t it?

These past few days though, I’ve learned that one can never be so experienced that there still aren’t a few things they too, could learn. I’ve seen and read some things while on Twitter, that left me aghast.

Yes, aghast.

And so… I’ve decided to write my own Twitter Tips series doing exactly just that… helping the experienced learn those last few things to make them the perfect, well-rounded twit!

Why?

Because sometimes, people gain so much experience in the techie and nerdy way, they think they know it all and they forget the very basics of life. Kind of like table manners I guess. The dad who thinks he’s the bee’s knees because he’s mastered carving the turkey… still might be the dad who picks his teeth with his fork and farts when he’s done the meal.

Usually, there’s a daughter or a wife (or sometimes a son… but not likely, they’d probably laugh and try fart louder) to say, “Oh, dad…” and let him know that picking his teeth with his fork and farting at the end of the meal sometimes actually zero out the fact that earlier, he was there all dignified and knowledgeable… carving the turkey like a pro for everyone.

Fracas is happy to provide the “Oh, dad…” for all you experienced twitterers out there!

Volume I is scheduled for (CST) 00:01 Monday, July 13.

I’m sure, like me… you can hardly wait!
