I know that the real Rorschach tests aren’t anything like my test, but mine is for fun and entertainment, not to find some deep dark secret about you. How, you might ask, does the fraccy brain work and what would lead to my thinking up such a thing to put on my blog for the amusement of my friends… well, and all the strangers I can manage to attract as well?
I don’t know. The fraccy brain has yet to be explained.
It provides me with all that common sense stuff I’ve needed to have in order to parent three kids, yet it also provides me with moments of total nonsense… and the occasional rhyme.
I was munching my toast at the table one morning, staring at the engravings on the antique dining room set that once belonged to Mr. Fracas’ Great Grandmother, and I thought to myself that this one particular area of engravings sure looked like a ______. And a moment later, I decided it looked like a ______, then only another moment later decided it looked like a ______.
No, I wasn’t having the kind of ‘munchies’ that might lead to such disconnected thoughts. I don’t have those kinds of munchies.
See, now I’m not going to tell you right up front, what the engraving looked like to me, because that would spoil your fun and then you’d look at it and only see what I saw. I decided to take a photo and let each person see for themselves, what might be there to them. Post a comment saying what you saw in the carving below, and then read the comments to compare yours with others’.

Please don’t read the comments before you post what you saw in it because you’ll just ruin your own fun.
Oh, what the heck do I care… am I your mother? If you want to ruin your own fun, then go ahead and ruin it.
While you’re at it, go ahead and run with scissors or make a face even if it might stick like that. Wave your fork around even though you might poke an eye out, and hell… live dangerously and
wear dirty underwear today.
After all, my blog search stats are proof that some people out there actually like dirty underwear. Who am I to argue?
Then please feel free to nab the badge to your left, post it at your own blog with a link back to this post, and challenge others to come do the Rorschach Frac.
Fraccy Ror:
If you really want me to… I’ll tell you what I think it means that you saw whatever you saw in my fraccy carving. Yes. I would do that for you. I won’t even charge you for it like your psychiatrist would. I can’t. This is a WordPress.com blog, and earning money from a WordPress.com blog isn’t allowed.
So what’ve you got to lose (other than your pride) anyway? It’s not like anyone would laugh at you or anything.
No.
I’d never do that.
These folks did the Rorschach FRAC:
- See… your name and link could go here. Except you’re too chicken. So far.

(In case you actually wanted some real Rorschach Test information. I don’t think it will be as much fun as the Rorschach Frac though.)

Comment by Augusto September 15, 2008 @ 1:47 PMOlga – Oh.. I like the new boots idea. It makes sense… it does.
I miss you too. Kind of reminds me of that movie with Charlize Theron and Keanu Reaves… Sweet November or something. It’s so sad you had to go…
Augusto – Wow.. that one’s totally creative, but when you say it, and then look… there it is!

thefraccysis – I believe you! But you can still make those faces I talked about if you’re feeling adventurous, I think that whole “your face will stick like that” was bogus. It’s never happened to me yet. ;-)
Comment by fracas September 17, 2008 @ 10:27 AMI see prehistoric Jane,
with her long flowing mane,
and the dinosaurs bowing in glory.
They’re brontosaurus – not Rex.
See the long flowing necks?
I see it. I do. That’s my story!
lol
Okay, so I see the parting of the sea, too.
