It was someone’s birthday, and yet… I’m not saying whose.
When friends of the fracas have a special day, I like to think about what might mean something to them, what might make them happy or know that I honestly did think of them.
So tonight, I’m tellin’ ya, that I’ve spent considerable time looking for just exactly the right picture to use for a birthday wish for this anonymous fraccer.
I hope the anonymous fraccer knows that it is a birthday wish, wished genuinely from the depths of this quirky fraccy mind and heart. It’s amazing how much stuff lurks around in there, ready to be gone through again like a box in the attic.
Hope it was a good one.

Although I feel like I’ve been in a coma, I’ve really not… I’ve just been laid up the past few days with strep and the accompanying aches, pains and lack of energy.
In the meanwhile, perhaps the following joke will suffice.
A woman lay in a coma in the hospital. While the nurses were in her room giving her a sponge bath, one of them was washing her private area and noticed that there was a response on the monitor when she touched her.
They went to her husband and explained what happened, telling him, “Crazy as this sounds, maybe a little oral sex will do the trick and bring her out of the coma.”
The husband was skeptical, but they assured him that they’d close the curtains for privacy. The hubby finally agreed and went into his wife’s room. After a few minutes the woman’s monitor flat lined, no pulse, no heart rate.
The nurses rushed into the room. “What happened?” they cried.
The husband said, “I dunno. I guess she choked.”
