Seeing as how I’ve seen DaddyP cavorting with the Village People on his blog, I’m sure he won’t mind being likened to that uber-cool Boney M group from like, a hundred years ago. I had to go back that far, you see… DaddyP is the daddy (gee it’s amazing how that all fits together so well) of the Papersurfer known as Penfold.

If those names aren’t familiar to you, then you aren’t spending enough time over at Fuelmyblog  or the Fuelmyblog blog.. I’d like to ask you this.

Why the hell not?

So the big news right now, is that DaddyP is (aside from annoying the heck out of anyone and everyone, and doing his best to keep Uma busy and yet… happy so as to avoid a real, honest to goodness butt-kicking from her) trying to set a World Record for the longest forum thread. Last I visited, it was at 170 pages.

So if you’re already registered there, go log in and leave a post or two to help the old fart (wait… I have a bottle of wine for that too) with his endeavour. (Yeah it does have a ‘u’ in it, I’m Canadian, remember?) If you haven’t registerd, then for frac’s sake, register already.

And you know, while you’re there, why don’t you ask him about Uma? I’m sure he’d love to talk about her for a bit. After all, it beats having to explain the cupboard, the cardigan or the optional methods for the taking of his medication. (Not to mention all the fussing about Donny Osmond and whether or not DaddyP can keep up to the women.)

But to be serious for a moment. Don’t you think for his age, he’s pretty cool to be attemting this world record?

Boney would be proud.
