I admit, other than fuelmyblog, I haven’t exactly paid attention to the blog directories I’ve signed up the fraccy blog at. I write posts and generally just leave them to do however well they do in the search engines based on my writing and the topics I choose.

I’ve realized that by registering in the humor and entertainment categories, I’ve set myself up against some big time competition. After all, there are blogs registered (under the humor category at various directories) that are simply… huge.

Nevertheless, fracas doesn’t fit many other categories, so I guess I shall just have to take a deep breath, and realize that if I want to improve my ranking, I’ll need to step it up a notch.

I’m starting with blogtoplist. I generally hover aroung the 30 rank, which isn’t all that bad considering I’ve done that on my own… wearing the white hat in terms of SEO and without using any of those autosurfs that can be found.

So today, I’m asking everyone to please click the little voting button to the left. Blogtoplist ranks blogs both by tracking codes that calculate the total number of unique visitors to your blog as well as the total number of votes that come in for you. I’d like to bump myself up a few places through the voting, so that by being a little higher on the list, more readers will find the fracalicious fun. By the same token, they’ll find you too… those of you that are on the blogroll and those of you linked in the fraccy posts.
